Geese Magazine seeks to be a center of critique and open discussion of American communism—one informed by the experiences of communist organizers all across the United States. Necessary to this end, we believe, is the creation of a healthy, creative, and non-dogmatic intellectual culture which is open to grappling with new facts of social life, ones that may be inconvenient to our preconceived notions. We welcome submissions and criticisms from all angles; all in hopes of initiating a public discourse on Marxist thought and theory, oriented towards the generation of a meaningful communist political project in the United States, which is not afraid to debate and critically approach the ever changing landscape of American politics.
